New bugs discovered

We've discovered some bugs that came with the Level Explorer 2 Final Update that we need to address. Along with this, we're still working on Level Explorer Classic and Level Explorer 2 Builder updates.

LE3 Progress, The LE2 Builder Update, and the LE2 Final Update for YoYo Games

Well, we're plugging away really hard at LE3. We have a total of 2 maps completed so far, and finally have a music director. We still need more sound effects and things, and a few more maps, and the game will be complete. However, we are uncertain as to how long this will take.

Well, we promised you an update to the Le2 Builder, but we kind of got lazy and haven't even started it yet, but expect and update within the next 2 weeks.

The LE2 Final Update that SmoKe players have been enjoying for the past 2 months will finally be applied to the YoYo Games version on Saturday, maybe Sunday at the latest. So hang tight!

Some Classical Stuff, Submit-a-Prop, and Playing with Yo-Yos

Well, since LE2 is no longer receiving updates, and LE3 is still in the baby stages of development, all we have to give you is some updates for Level Explorer Classic. It will not contain all the goodies from LE2. However, it will contain an easier way to navigate through the menus, and hopefully a bunch of bugfixes, as LEC is a VERY buggy game.

On another note, the LE2 Builder is getting an update in a few days, featuring some new props to work with. This also brings us to announce the LE2 Builder Submit-a-Prop. Since LE2 Builder is a SmoKe exclusive, you know how to submit your props. Rules are simple for submitting a prop: Must have LE2 graphics, and must be at least 32x32 (it can be smaller but cannot exceed 32x32). Rules are subject to change at any moment if we feel it is needed.

We are still working on getting the LE2 Final Update to YoYo Games! We know you are all dying to play the final 6 maps and see just what is going on. Once we get the update to the YYG Servers, we will let you know via the blog.

Unfortunately, YoYoGames is not getting the LE2 Builder, but they are getting the LE2 Final Update that the SmoKe players have already gotten. We're working hard at it. So have patience!

Level Explorer 2 Builder Beta released

We have officially released the Level Explorer 2 Builder Beta to the public. There's not many build tools yet, but there will be when the full product is out.

The Level Explorer 2 Builder

We promised you a long time ago about the Level Explorer 2 Level Editor. We were unable to keep that promise because of file size issues. Well, to solve that problem, we're developing the Level Explorer 2 Builder separate from Level Explorer 2. It will be more of a building program than a level editor, and we hope you enjoy it.

We are still working on getting the Level Explorer 2 Final Update to the YoYoGames Servers. Hang tight!

The Level Explorer 2 Final Update is finally here. View in-game update news for details. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the planned equipment due to complications. However, we did release 6 new maps! The update has already been applied to SmoKe, but the update still hasn't reached YoYo Games. We'll tell you when it has.

This is no April Fool's joke!

We're really plugging away here on the Level Explorer 2 Final Update. With the progress we've been making, it might be out sooner than we expected! There's even a chance we might get fried before the sun comes out!

Some more info on the next LE2 Update

The next LE2 update will sadly be the final one. We decided that with this final update, we can get more time to work on LE3. Some information on the update and why it is taking us so long:

We are planning 6 new maps, the most amount of maps we have ever released in a single update. Map packing is fairly difficult depending on game mode, and it's very time consuming creating and testing them.

We're also planning on a final piece of equipment. We're not going to say what it is, but all we can say is that Stickman is just dying to have it.

Expect the Level Explorer 2 Final Update in 1 or 2 months.

Hey, where's our update?

The people that play the Yo Yo Games version of LE2 have noticed that the latest equipment update hasn't arrived for them. Well, hang on to your horses you guys: your update's a-coming. We've just had some uploading issues. Expect your update within the next week.

A letter from one character to another, a comic? Well your answer to this question lies in the latest update. A new piece of equipment as well as a new game mode and maps have all been released in this update!

A little information on the new equipment......

When equipped, you can jump higher. However, your max speed is decreased by 1!

Can't get enough of those updates

Well, nothing can be promised, but currently we are working on trying to get an automatic updater into the game, so you don't have to re-download LE2 everytime we release an update. Hopefully we can fit it into the next update, which is coming soon.
